14K yellow gold ring custom made with an arthritic band closure. A perfect ring for someone who has difficulty getting a ring over her knuckle. A larger size ring may work to get it over the knuckles but then the ring is loose and turns while on the finger. The arthritic style band is a wonderful solution.

This ring has a three row design and looks like three separate bands stacked together. The Diamonds are randomly placed to further accentuate the stacked appearance. All Diamonds are prong set except the center row of Diamonds which are bead set with white gold. 

A three row design with sparkly diamonds randomly placed like stars in the sky. A wonderful solution for those who have difficulty sliding a ring over an inflammed or enlarged joint.
