Antique Garnet and Turquoise Ring with Diamonds, 14K Yellow Gold, size 5.5

Antique 14K yellow gold ring with Garnet, Turquoise and Diamonds.
The center stone is an oval Garnet measuring 6×4 mm.
On either side are Blue Turquoise color stones that are cabachon cut and measure approximately 3.5- 4mm. One of the stones could possibly be a replacement as it appears to be more round than the other.
There are four small Diamonds, 3 are old cut and one is brilliant cut. Most likely the brilliant cut is a replacement stone.
